測量原理(li)

 

電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)(G)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(R)的倒數(shu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)(lv)(K)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率(lv)(lv)(ρ)的倒數(shu)。因此當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(通常(chang)為鉑電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)或(huo)(huo)鉑黑電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji))插入溶液(ye)中,電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)內有(you)相互平(ping)行且(qie)距離是(shi)固定(ding)(ding)值L的兩塊極(ji)板(或(huo)(huo)圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)),可(ke)以測(ce)出(chu)兩電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)間(jian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R。根據歐(ou)姆定(ding)(ding)律,溫度一定(ding)(ding)時(shi),這個電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值與兩電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)間(jian)距L(cm)正比(bi),與電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的截面積A(cm²)反(fan)比(bi),即R =ρ×(L/A);其(qi)中ρ為電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率(lv)(lv),是(shi)長1cm,截面積為1cm²導(dao)體的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),其(qi)大小決定(ding)(ding)于物質的本(ben)性。據上式,導(dao)體的電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)(G)可(ke)表示成下(xia)式:G =1/R=(1/ρ)×(A/L)=K×(1/J);其(qi)中,K=1/ρ稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)(lv),J =L/A稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)常(chang)數(shu);電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質溶液(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)(lv)指相距1cm的兩平(ping)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)間(jian)充以1cm³溶液(ye)時(shi)所具(ju)有(you)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)。所以當(dang)已(yi)知電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)常(chang)數(shu)(J),并測(ce)出(chu)溶液(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(R)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)(G)時(shi),即可(ke)求(qiu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)(lv)。

 

電極的(de)選擇與(yu)使用

1.   根據(ju)被測(ce)(ce)水樣電(dian)(dian)導率的(de)(de)(de)大小范圍,選擇常(chang)數合適的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)是準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵。特(te)別是對純(chun)水(<3μS/cm)和超純(chun)水(<1μS/cm)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang),應用(yong)0.01的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),必要時還要加上密閉測(ce)(ce)量(liang)槽,才能(neng)作到準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang),否則將產生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)誤(wu)差。

2.   選擇(ze)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)基本原則:根(gen)據被測(ce)水樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)導(dao)率的(de)大小(xiao)范圍,參(can)照下(xia)表選擇(ze)常數(shu)合(he)適的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。在選擇(ze)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)時,zui易出現的(de)錯誤是“選擇(ze)大常數(shu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)測(ce)低電(dian)(dian)導(dao)”。如選1.0的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)測(ce)<3μS/cm的(de)水樣(yang),這不可能得(de)到準(zhun)確的(de)值。因為低電(dian)(dian)導(dao)介質的(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)很差(cha)(cha),若再用大常數(shu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)去(qu)測(ce)量,則只會得(de)到更(geng)微弱且不穩定的(de)電(dian)(dian)信號,勢必(bi)大幅度增加測(ce)量誤差(cha)(cha)。

3.   儀表中(zhong)設(she)置的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)系數(shu)必須與電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang)所標(biao)的(de)系數(shu)*。如所配電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang)標(biao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)系數(shu)為(wei)0.102,則(ze)儀表里電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)系數(shu)必須設(she)置為(wei)1.02*0.1。
